The test failure is unrelated:
TestAssignmentManager.testBalanceOnMasterFailoverScenarioWithOpenedNode:269 ยป
TestTimedOut
Normally we'd expect clean build before commit but we are having a few little
teething issues coming up on yetus so I think it fine for now to commit this on
branch-1.0 and branch-1.1. Thanks [~chenheng]
