We open all HFiles in an RS and will be doing a read of the FileInfo. I
believe this is not a pread. I believe we can change it to do pread and try.
#2 is also ok after we read the FileInfo.
bq.The above implementation will be configurable and by default disabled as we
are expecting some impact on read flow.
Closing the HFile's inputStreams is not a good option because of its impact.
