[~mbertozzi] attaching some relevant logs from my test cluster that seems
related to this issue.
I had branch-1 code running for some time which seems that it left over some
~300 proc wals left uncleaned. When I restarted with 1.1.3 bits on the same
data, master decided to delete these proc wals.
