Updated patch correcting some checkstyle cases and moves the compressTags check
to CellUtil. The findbugs was purposefully done that way. May be based on
reviews could change that so that we could handle both ByteArrayBasedNode and
BBBasedNode in the same equals() but I thought that would not be necessary.
