yes that is what Hadoop QA says. But if you checkout the 0.98 branch on your
local machine and apply HBASE-15130-0.98.v1.patch. It wont give you that error
(or any compilation errors). you can do a simple mvn clean install -DskipTests
to verify quickly. But the Hadoop QA build gives compilation errors.
