bq.I notice that pb2.6.0 says CIS supports BBs.
Ya I checked the PB code base yesterday(trunk) to see what new it supports abt
BBs. There is newInstance(BB) in CIS.
But the impl again doing an array expectation. When on heap, just refers to
array() of the BB.. Avoid any sort of copy there.
When DBB, it creates a byte[] and copy into.
