The LICENSE file generated under hbase-assembly/target shows this before it
stops:

No license info included; must update supplemental-models for:
g:oro AND a:oro AND v:2.0.8
Until hbase-resource-bundle/src/main/resources/supplemental-models.xml
is updated, the build should fail.
