Add tests to PE for:
increment
append
checkAndPut
checkAndMutate
checkAndDelete
Tested the tool. Seems to do the right thing.
Made it so if you have N clients, then they overlap in the keyspace so some
contention. Usually, a Client in PE gets their own keyspace to operate in.
