In the above comments I meant that setting hbase.mapreduce.scan.batchsize and
hbase.mapreduce.scan.cachedrows, will still need code change to read the values
and call setBatch, setCaching. The reason for not using those as param names is
that we wanted to be consistent with the format of other params in CopyTable
and VerifyReplication.
