The checkstyle errors are related to method length which was already larger
than the threshold. hadoopcheck is supposed to fail because the minimum hadoop
version is now bumped to 2.7.1. TestMetricsRegion tests passed in the previous
build. In short, none of the failures here are related to the patch.
