It would be very useful for us to be able to wrap the filesystems encapsulated
by HFileSystem with other FilterFileSystems. This allows for more detailed
logging of the operations to the DFS. Internally, the data logged from this
method has allowed us to show application engineers where there schemas are
inefficient and inducing too much IO. This patch will just allow the filesystem
to be pluggable.
