Attach a patch. It fixes most of anchors I've found.
After this patch is applied, there are still two missing asciidoc anchors,
{{distributed.log.splitting}} and {{fail.fast.expired.active.master}}. These
are related to features removed by HBASE-14053 and HBASE-10569. I think these
anchors(and related texts) should be handled by someone who knows those issues
well, so I retain them.
