still not run. I will commit it, the testcase has passed locally, and
javadoc failure has no relates with TestWALProcedureStoreOnHDFS.java
I will open another issue to see why
hadoop.hbase.regionserver.TestSplitWalDataLoss failed, it failed twice during
this issue's QA tests.
