Someone who knows the hbase dependencies better may be able to review it
better. [~stack] [~busbey]
Few questions in my mind:
1. hbase-hadoop-compat is also a dependency in hbase-server/pom.xml. If it'll
always be included transitively, maybe remove it from here?
2. You are removing hadoop-hdfs' (non test-jar) from dependency, is it really
not needed?
