[~busbey] trying to keep up with precommit improvements :)
in 1.2 that used to be in dev-support/test-patch.properties, this file is gone
now, and in dev-support/hbase-personality.sh I can see HBASE_HADOOP_VERSIONS,
but not HBase ones. Is it being derived automatically now, or does it live
elsewhere?
