[~anoop.hbase] thanks, that works. I didn't think of the read replicas, good
call (we can do this without adding any additional state to HRegion). We were
using 98x branch and those didn't have read replicas, so I guess I can do the
patch for that branch and newer branches have all the functionality to do this
without a code change.
