You are converting to DONE in optimize for the case 
'INCLUDE_AND_SEEK_NEXT_ROW:'. So how will the included result get added?  It is 
right if we do that for SEEK_NEXT_ROW?

This will only work for Gets and for cases where there is no nextIndexKey. In 
case of SCans on with stopRow and when we are in the stopRow this may not work 
because INCLUDE_AND_SEEK_NEXT_ROW would have been changed to INLCUDE or 
SKIP_ROW. So may be it is better to add the result inside optimzie and Call 
DONE in such a case? But I think there are other metric and other checks 
related to 'storeLimit' that may prevent us.
