Checking the latest UT, TestSplitTransactionOnCluster passed in both jdk7 and
jdk8. Since changes in the patch are limited within
TestSplitTransactionOnCluster, none of the failed case is caused by this patch,
nor does the javadoc warning. I think we are good to get this one in sir
[~ndimiduk]
