That is acceptable as long as we are addressing that. We can do a parent jira
subtask.
Just left some comments in RB, but small stuff. Looks good to go. So
HBASE-15400 sits on top of this, and without it, this jira is not useful from
my understanding, right?
Previously there was some mention of cleanup on the store engine / compaction
policy interfaces. Are we doing that or no?
