I'd also love to kill WALActionListener. The problem with it here is that you
can't say "I want to listen to all wals". You'd effectively have to first make
a coprocessor that was notified of every wal somehow (I guess WALObserver and
track what comes in on writes?) and then register yourself as a listener on
each.
It's terrible and I don't really have a better solution for now, which is why
I'm -0 rather than -1.
