In branch-1-v1 I made a mistake on CellComparator vs MetaComparator in
ClientScanner.compare. And change MetaComparator.compareRows to static and use
it directly is not correct, maybe because super.compareRows in this method can
not be changed to static KVComparator.compareRows. So I use a static object of
MetaComparator in ClientScanner.
It is a branch-1.x only changing because in master we have CellComparator and
MetaComparator extending CellComparator.
