There was another Jira raised some time back to remove the MSLAB pool !!! I
forgot the issue id.
Ya I also feel it is useful.. Specially we plan to have an off heap memstore
impl. Here the cell data will be in offheap and we think that we can have an
Offheap MSLAB pool in place. We must be pooling off heap space if MSLAB impl
is off heap
