Release Note:
You can specify one of the predefined set of Monkeys when you run Integration
Tests by passing the -m|--monkey arguments on the command line; e.g -m CALM or
-m SLOW_DETERMINISTIC
This patch makes it so you can pass the name of a class as the monkey to run:
e.g. -m org.example.KingKong
