Are you working on this [~vrodionov]? I have a patch (internally) for this
that also works with offheap cells. Anyway as far as we write the key part
with row and qualifier the copy we do may be needed for the RowCol unless the
Hash algos are changed to work with cells. But that needs to be more careful
because once we make it to work with Cells then the assumption of byte[] and
index based retrieval in the hash algo wont work.
