The checkstyle issues of branch-1 and 0.98 do not make sense...
And I haven't found any findbugs warning related to the 0.98 patch. For the
javadoc issues, I have checked the diff of the output with or without patch, no
more warnings, both are 100 warnings.
Will commit shortly if no objection.
