I was changing a bunch of things together to make the plugin work. Going back
to check what minimal changes are required, i think change to settings.xml
isn't required.
Just to be sure, i tested with a fresh repo (mvn -DHBasePatchProcess
-Dmaven.repo.local=./.repo -U clean scala:doc -DskipTests=true) and it worked.
So i guess just the previously uploaded patch is sufficient.
