Hey [~chenheng] Thanks for working on this one.
You get the bit that our Admin API is public and that you can't change it. You
can add methods but not change existing ones?
I'm talking about the addition of the param here
final boolean skipLock,
Do an override instead?
Otherwise patch looks good.
