Man, it'd be cool if could use a long for Cell reference!
bq. But we can translate ConcurrentSkipListMap to CellArrayMap, which already
reduces some metadata overhead.
But if MSLAB has offheap chunks, then this will bring our data onheap?
How you thinking of making CellChunkMaps out of MSLAB+CSLM? (No hurry, just
interested).
