Two new classes here, AsyncFSOutput and AsyncFSOutputHelper. There are five
classes which depend on each other so I move them all to a new package.
And finally these stuffs should be moved to HDFS so I think keep them in a
separated package is better? I wanted to create a new sub-module at first but
failed because we depend on some classes in hbase-server such as FSUtil...
