Patch for QA.
DoubleColumnInterpreter is marked public but BigDecimalInterpreter and
LongInterpreter are marked private. So better to mark this also Private?
ColumnInterpreter has APIs to convert to and from protos. So directly we cannot
change DoubleColumnInterpreter not to work with protos.
