Putting this aside for a while. Got as far as traces crossing the RPC. Next up
would be making sure more than just Get and Puts are hooked up and then carry
the request down into HDFS.
This is taking a while to manually wire up and verify. There is still a good
bit to do. I've left out Admin commands... just working on Table.
It is going to be brittle, easy to break. Need to add better tests so breakage
gets surfaced close to where disconnect occurs
