The parent issue is about our removing doBulkLoad(Path hfofDir, final HTable
table) in branch-2 even though it did not go through a proper deprecation
cycle. Here we are doing a backfill of deprecations (though it too late for
doBulkLoad(Path hfofDir, final HTable table) to enjoy a proper deprecation
cycle).
