The classes LoadTestKVGenerator and RedundantKVGenerator in
hbase-common/src/main/java/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/util/test are only used in
tests (at least in the HBase codebase itself - not sure if they would have any
use for other software). Should probably move them into src/test/java to keep a
good separation.
