A quick patch just want to get some earlier feedbacks. As I mentioned earlier,
master branch by default works, so I posted a branch-1 diff first. I have
verified that ritCount/totalRITsOverThreshold works as expected in my local
testing. I am working on an unitest case and polish the code as well.
