HBASE-15752 tried to fix ClassNotFoundException when there is custom WAL edit
Codec involved.
However, it didn't achieve this goal due to typo in the first parameter passed
to TableMapReduceUtil#addDependencyJars().
job.getConfiguration() should have been used.
