Summary: Update build pipeline to JDK8

Currently HBase is built with JDK 7 so JDK8 features cannot be used. We decided
to use the CompletableFuture for async communication and this can now not land.
It was voted that JDK8 will be the minimum java version that will be supported
for 2.0. So now we need to upgrade it.
