If nobody objects i will create ticket for creating simple java command line
tool that will manage balancer states to avoid this type of bugs in future ? I
have checked our scripts and we are parsing 'hbase shell' output only in
graceful_stop.sh and rolling-restart.sh in order to manage balancer.
