Sorry for that Stack.
We added static variable so as to reduce the log warns.
But just thinking.. It is a clear wrong usage from customer.. They use
feature which need write Cell tags but V3 is not used. Still write happens via
HFileWriterV2. So let us log warn more? Just a new thought
