Summary: Enhance ClassLoaderTestHelper to support build jars onto

ClassLoaderTestHelper.buildJar() can only build jars onto a working dir of
local file system.
If it can be enhanced to support build jars onto HDFS minicluster, some test
cases can be added to verify class loader against a jar on HDFS.
