To answer this question, it hasn't been published yet. We're on our 3rd release
candidate, which so far looks good. The vote is scheduled to close on Tuesday
12 July. If you'd like more details, check out the thread on dev@ '[VOTE] Third
release candidate for HBase 1.2.2 (RC2)'.
