I suspect we need a dev@ discussion about what versions of Spark we want to
support in what versions of HBase. I still expect that spark support will get
in to HBase branch-1, and I'd expect that we should work with both Spark 1.6
and Spark 2.0. I'm less sure about Scala versions.
