w.r.t. the new test, on Mac it took 113.497 sec.
Can the test be simplified ?
Meaning, without the fix in ClientSnapshotDescriptionUtils.java, the snapshot
of hbase:backup would trigger exception.
Otherwise the snapshot would be successful, resulting in assertions to pass.
So the test just verifies that snapshot on hbase:backup is allowed.
