Uploaded patch that changes all pb references from com.google.protobuf to
org.apache.hbase.shaded.com.google.protobuf. Includes "HBASE-16263 Move all to
do w/ protobuf -- *.proto files and generated classes -- under hbase-protocol"
so we compile still.
