Hmm... I upped the worker thread count from 6 to 12 and the netty rpc server 
went faster. Let me up it again. It seems like it plays by different rules to 
those I understood from playing with our current rpcserver. I am currently at 
450k/second. Setting the workers to 24 seems to make it go a bit slower. Let me 
do more careful tests tomorrow. I'll report back.
