I just raised 3 sub-jiras under what Anastasia had raised. Because under the
umbrella JIRA we cannot directly attach patch. So the first sub-jira will be
the one where she can make the CellChunkMap and then if needed after that we
can do the refactoring of MSLAB and with that she can make things work with
CellChunkMap.
