Description:
Add detail info(RS info of AsyncProcess.sendMultiAction) for usage of tracking
RegionServers performance.
In my hbase cluster，There are some slow RS nodes when doing Get-list-operation,
however, it's not easy to find the node which is a bad performance node now.
