Just checked the error log of {{hbaseprotoc}}, I think the error is caused by
the linux image didn't install protobuf library, and the command {{ mvn
-DHBasePatchProcess compile -DskipTests -Pcompile-protobuf -X
-DHBasePatchProcess}} is passed at my local env.
