Thanks for the comments. I will update the patch as commented.

Not directly related. The intention was to put the CORRUPT_DIR_NAME always
under hbase.rootdir and get rid of the property "hbase.hfile.quarantine.dir".
It is not referenced or documented anywhere else.
Ok to remove? I can put a deprecate warning in the log.
bq. Is this conf coming from the remote(sink) cluster for the HFileReplicator?
