Summary: All UI tables should support custom sorting

It would be a lot easier to get to the root of a problem if the various tables
available in the Master and RegionServer webui's supported sorting on an
arbitrary column by that column's natural ordering. That way, it's easy to see
at a glance, for instance, which regions are hottest on a server.
