let me try v1, some tests in the run here failed with timeout/OOM
and I noticed that there is inconsistencies with the ExportSnapshot test
subclasses. some uses Medium, some Large and so on.
I also turned down the default number of regions to from 9 to 6, let see if we
improve something...
